Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been obsessed with drawing: doodling repeat patterns, sketching women’s formal dresses, or attempting to capture the intricacies of my dad’s hands. This deep love of creating led me to study Fine Art at East Carolina University. While studying Textile design, I also landed my first graphic design job at our university newspaper. With no formal graphic design training, I stayed up late studying InDesign and Illustrator, practicing the basics, and researching inspiration for next week’s layout. This first exposure to print design in 2011 grew a deep passion for graphic design and utilizing my fine art roots to create compelling and creative graphics.
Since graduating university in 2013, I have worked for over 10 years as a professional graphic designer in various industries spanning the non-profit sector, B2B artisan production company, and various B2C e-commerce companies. In recent years, I've expanded into digital marketing creative strategy, collaborating with multiple teams to develop effective marketing assets and campaigns.
My lifelong pursuit of creativity and beauty continues to push me to create the most beautiful and effective work.
